Rock Creek Park - Edgewater Stable Access Bridge

Proposals from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Rock Creek Park Project NP ROCR 910(1), Solicitation Number 693C73-24-R-000020, located in Washington, DC. The project consists of the replacement of the Edgewater Stable Access Bridge deck, bridge rail and curbs, and the reconstruction of bridge approaches. The work also includes the repair of existing bioretention facilities, and other miscellaneous work.

The project is expected to fall within the price range of $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. Contract Award/Notice to Proceed is subject to the receipt of permits. Request For Proposal (RFP) documents should be issued on or about June 6, 2024. The proposal due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation. Offerors will be required to submit qualifications related to their experience in projects of similar complexity and magnitude in the type of work included in the description.

The Solicitation will include further information on these requirements. All documents can be directly downloaded from this website. Solicitation documents will no longer be mailed.
