The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA, intends to solicit 2000 feet of Thermoplastic High- Temperature Oil- Resistance Flexible (THOF)-400 Shipboard Power Cable for the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF).

Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated for service and material to perform this work in accordance with specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) -ATTACHMENT I. Quoters must submit detailed pricing for all material and shipping required to complete the work on the vendor quote. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER ADDRESSEES IN THE “TO” LINE OTHER THAN Karen.tempest@dot.gov and no other addressees at MARAD i.e. @dot.gov, in the “Cc” line when submitting quote.
