Notice of Intent to Single Source Microsoft Enterprise Support Svcs

The purpose of this Announcement: In accordance with Policy Section 3.2.2.4 and 3.2.1.3.11 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), this annoucement is made to inform industry of the FAA's decision to use single source procedures to issue a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Microsoft Corporation for Enterprise Support Services, to include Consulting and Unified Support Services.

Microsoft is the OEM of the Microsoft products and has the necessary rights to any Microsoft proprietary (closed source) code. The FAA is not seeking nor accepting unsolicited proposals, nor is it liable for any costs associated with the preparation of a response to this announcement.
