The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. This project will enhance the safety and public access to the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge through the repair and widening of the deteriorated roadway. The primary objective of the proposed project is roadway embankment, paving, and striping.

The project location is 2 miles east of Long Beach, Washington in Pacific County. The total project length is 0.15 miles.
