Sole Source Award for the renewal of the Lhasa Ltd. subscription that provides access to three different software programs. The subscription will include a full membership to the Lhasa Ltd. database and will allow for ten [10] users to access the three software programs Derek Nexus, Meteor Nexus, and Sarah Nexus. Membership allows NCD scientists to access data and information critical to support risk assessment of new chemicals as required by Section 5 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

The new chemical review program is a permitting and approval process program, supporting Administrator Zeldin’s Pillar 3: Permitting Reform, Cooperative Federalism, and Cross-Agency Partnership. The projected period of performance will be from August 25, 2025 through August 24, 2026 with two option years of August 25, 2026 to August 24, 2027 and August 25, 2027 to August 24, 2028.
