CCPS/AICHE Agency Membership

Pursuant to the authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 as granted by 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement on the basis of only one responsible source that will satisfy the agency’s requirement, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Emergency Management (OEM) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Center for Chemical Processes Safety (CCPS) for Agency membership for calendar year 2025 as CCPS is the only source available to provide the membership that only they offer.
