Notice of Intent to Sole Source 12-month Webcass License

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a non-competitive 12-month period task order award to Plateau Software, Inc., located at 2701 Prosperity Avenue, Suite 205, Fairfax, VA 22031, to procure licensing to the Webcass Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 47QTCA19D00K9. This short-term task order will ensure continuation of licensing for the software currently used under expiring EPA task order GS-35F-0166V/EP-G17H-01433.

The contract for follow-on services will not be awarded prior to the expiration date of March 31, 2024. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 - Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.
