EPA Region 9 Mail Equipment and Services Sources/Information Sought

THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION AND PRICING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This is a requirement to provide Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 09 with market research to determine contractors capable of providing mail equipment and a service contract to accommodate the EPA R9 mailroom operations located at 75 Hawthorne St, San Francisco, CA. EPA R9 requires one large mail machine to lease, along with an on-going maintenance/service contract for the mailing machine.
