This Solicitation is for purposes of providing Personal Assistance Services (PAS) to eligible Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5 employees. These services are required under Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act and contractors will be required to meet all service needs when given proper notice. Modification to extend Proposal Submission date, attach correct Wage Determination, and attach revised Price Proposal Template
