The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is issuing this draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the agency’s Special Situation Investment Management Services (SSIMS) requirement to allow an opportunity for industry to submit questions and feedback for Government consideration prior to release of the final contemplated solicitation. This is a DRAFT solicitation and request for industry feedback only. PBGC is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited offers.
