The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby amended to reflect the following changes below and included on Attachement A: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised subsection 1.0 Scope of Work herein to include the total minimum staffing level of seven (supervisors and janitors). The attached subsection 1.0 Scope of Work replaces all prior versions. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
