There are a total of 13 attachments as part of section J. Please note, attachments 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are considered information that is sensitive to the Government and will require an Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 10) to access.

To obtain attachments 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, potential offerors must submit capabilities to Joseph Pishioneri at joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov and return a signed copy of the NDA (Attachment 10). Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Once the offeror’s capabilities are determined bona-fide by the Government, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be provided by the contracting officer.

When the offeror signs and returns the NDA to joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov, the attachments will be provided. A determination by the Government not to provide the attachments for this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
