Short Term Heavy Equipment Leasing Services Description(s): To provide a short term leasing, located at Exercise Logistics Coordination Center (ELCC), Exercise Support Division (ESD), Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. The contractor shall provide all equipment and maintain equipment in working order for the duration of the lease, delivery and pick-up of the heavy equipment. This lease will commence on 01August 2024 and end on 30 September 2024 for a total of 60 working days.

Synopsis: This synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is M6739924Q0029.

Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 532412 size standard $40.0 million. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. Selection will be based primarily on the lowest cost technically acceptable. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government intends to issue a firm fix price award. The Government reserves the right not to award if it is determined not to be in best interest of the Government.
