Provide diagnosis of electronics and determine what is causing the issue and replace parts of the GCMS system manufactured by Agilent Technologies, Inc. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source order to Agilent Tecnologies, Inc. 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, for the purpose of acquiring maintenance service and parts. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.106-1(b)(l)(i) Only One Source Reasonably Available.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334516. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by April 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST will be considered by the Government.
