Intent to Sole Source - OneNet Services Ft Sill, OK

This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source Award for Network support services to the Education Services Division, Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Description THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

655 Research Pkwy Ste 200, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. This requirement provides telecommunication network for the Education Services Division, Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. OneNet operates virtualized computing and storage facilities for Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Lawton. In addition, OneNet uses a Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) capability which is a closed network of which no other business can access.

In addition, OneNet currently provides high-speed communications to a variety of Oklahoma entities such as: public and vocational-technical schools; colleges and universities; public libraries; local, tribal, state and federal governments. This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517111, size standard 1,500 employees.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received within seven (7) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
