Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Relocation Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source modification to BGRS Relocation, Inc. (SAM UEI ELMJG6KLSMH5), 1 Parkview Plz, STE 400, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, 60181 for the continuation of services in support of relocation services.

The current contract GS-33F-001HA, Order 36C10X20F0068 was awarded to BGRS Relocation, Inc. on 20 September 2020. The current Period of Performance ends on 19 September 2025. The six-month period of performance will be 20 September 2025 through 20 March 2026. The purpose of this contract is to provide a full range of services necessary to satisfy VA's employee relocation requirements. The Contractor provides the full continuum of relocation services.

This includes, but is not limited to, home marketing assistance (working with real estate agents, providing real estate advice, developing a home marketing strategy, recommending repairs/improvements and assisting with the negotiation of a third-party offer); home sale services (home marketing, appraised value/amended value offers, buyer value option programs), destination services; property management services; move management services (if exercised) and other related services (reports, communications, program materials).

Relocation services shall be made available to eligible VA employees according to VA policy. An official Justification and Approval will be posted via Sam.gov upon award of the modification.
