Industry Day for Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repair

AFTC/PZIOCA is hosting an Industry Day to seek out vendors capable of providing maintenance and repair services to support non-real property facilities located across Eglin’s Air Force Base and its tenants. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. AFTC/PZIOCA is currently performing market research to identify potential sources to preform maintenances and repairs services to support non-real property facilities located across Eglin’s Air Force Base and its tenants.

A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. AFTC/PZIOCA will be conducting an Industry Day with a multitude of companies over a two-day period via in-person meetings at Northwest Florida State College, Building 400. Dates:

13 May 2025 & 14 May 2025 Location: 100 College Blvd E Building 400, Room 301 Niceville, FL 32578 This unclassified Industry Day will provide a platform for interested companies to present their capabilities and solutions related to Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repair Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government seeks qualified vendors capable of fully addressing the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Repair and Maintenance of Non-Real Property, including modular facilities, containers, and other temporary structures. We encourage vendors to propose innovative solutions and identify any requirements within the PWS that are overly restrictive, insufficiently restrictive, or otherwise inhibit successful performance of the Government's requirements.

Please also include any recommendations that would enhance your company's ability to meet the PWS requirements. Companies interested in presenting their capabilities are requested to submit the following information to Jared Dunn at jared.dunn.6@us.af.mil and Lindsay Hartzog at lindsay.hartzog@us.af.mil Capability Statement:?Provide a concise overview of your company's experience, expertise, and qualifications relevant to the scope of work as defined in the PWS.

Past Performance: Provide a list of contracts your company has performed that are similar in scope and complexity to the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Point of Contact:?Include the name, title, phone number, and email address of the designated point of contact for your company. Upon receipt and review of your capability statement, the AFTC/PZIOCA team will contact qualified vendors to schedule a specific time slot for your presentation.
