Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Engineering Analysis and Services

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of industry, including large business and small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.

This notice also seeks feedback from industry on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of this requirement (attachment 1). DISA PEO Spectrum is seeking information from potential sources to provide electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) engineering services, research and analyses in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) national and international spectrum strategies.
