Joint Electromagnetic Battle Management (EMBM-J) Situational Awareness (SA)

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Program Executive Office (PEO) Spectrum has the requirement for EMBM-J SA capabilities to enable visualization, analyses, and assessment of Electromagnetic Spectrum activities within an Area of Responsibility for situational awareness of the Electromagnetic Spectrum Operational Environment in support of Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations for the Joint Force Commander.

The DISA PEO Spectrum is seeking information from potential sources for the continued development, deployment, operations, maintenance, test, training, and enhancements of the current EMBM-J SA software/system architecture using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include continuous integration and continuous delivery of EMBM-J SA releases within commercial cloud environments, system administration, maintaining security posture and Authority to Operate, user interface development, automation of data ingest, and enabling interoperability with service EMBM systems and the EMBM-J Decision Support capability.
