Special Notice - Safe for SIPRNet

Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 8.405-6(1)(B), Soliciting from a Limited Source Justification, to only one source, Trusted Systems, Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Trusted Systems, Inc, based at 2920 Dede Rd suite d, Finksburg, MD 21048. This is a limited source acquisition to Trusted Systems, Inc. for the SIPRGuard User Authentication.Trusted Systems has the only combination of the approved hardware and software on the Air Force APL, as well as, biometric equipment to assure only approved access to SIPRNet while meeting TEMPEST requirements within an office space. this has been vetted and approved by the wing Cyber Security Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $25M.

The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
