**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE** This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, FASS The proposed award is to, BOLAND INTERNATIONAL, LLC (SAM UEI: SZ3RL1ZV5118), the sole and exclusive agent for Trane heavy commercial air conditioning products for the DC VAMC Service area.

Award will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Soliciting from a single source. Only Boland can provide the required service on the Trane equipment systems in the DC VAMC area, per the Sole Source Letter received from Trane Commercial HVAC, North America. Specific services to be provided include providing the necessary manpower and supervision to properly execute ongoing maintenance. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent will not be considered as either proposals or bids.

A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be provided to the attention of Dante Lewis. No telephonic responses will be accepted on this action.
