The purpose of this Special Notice is to correct language within 36C26025Q0928 Description: As reads: A draft a copy of the SOW, required test list with estimated quantities, and Technical Subfactors are attached and is the only information available at this time. There are two columns to be filled out by respondent to this Sources Sought on the attached test lists, Attachment A Roseburg, and Attachment B Eugene. These are Columns D, “Tested In House…” and E, “Third Party Courier…”.

PLEASE FILL OUT COLUMNS D AND E COMPLETELY. Should read: A draft a copy of the SOW, required test list with estimated quantities, and Technical Subfactors are attached and is the only information available at this time. There are two columns to be filled out by respondent to this Sources Sought on the attached test list, Table B Required Reference Test Menu. These are Columns D, “Tested In House…” and E, “Third Party Courier…”. PLEASE FILL OUT COLUMNS D AND E COMPLETELY. The attached test list was incorrectly identified.
