PIVOT-RP SUBSCRIPTION

A sole source award for Options FAR 17.205 has been been issue to Clarivate Analylics LLC for three years. The contract placed with the supplier will provide the the USCG Academy Library subscription to a conprehensive database of funding opportunities to support the scholarly research needs of cadets, faculty, and staff for a Base period following with 2 options that are set to expire 31-Jul-2027.

This resource brings together the capabilities to find research opportunities, funding sources, and potential collaborators on a local and global scale for students, staff and faculty studying in financial courses and other major-based courses on campus. Academic research and funding opportunities are very wide ranging but specific to academic institutions. The unique capabilities of this product and wide-spread usage by other academic institutions make it unsuitable for open competition.

This product is only provided from one source. The unique capabilities of this product are needed so they must be purchased from Clarivate Analytics LLC. Academic databases bring together content in a unique way that is not available from other sources. These databases are the sole property of one vendor and can only be purchased from the one vendor.
