Offered space shall not be located within 1,000 ft from a residential area, school, or religious organization. Offered space shall not be located within 1,000 ft of a shopping center or mall. Facility Security Level II required. Mat room shall have a ceiling height of 10’ (minimum) The space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency.

10/2023 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).
