Notice of Intent to Sole Source Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) -Power Generation and Microgrid Project at Anniston Army Depot, AL

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Power Generation and Microgrid project at Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, Alabama. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS): The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS). *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on 17 October 2024 to Jessica.M.Stone@usace.army.mil.
