Notice of Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Construction of the Joint Operations Mission Planning Center (JOMPC), Scott Air Force Base, IL W912QR21C0021 SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville district intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and services as required for additional steel bracing for antennas attached to the JOMPC on Scott Air Force Base.

As part of the solicitation, USACE intends to sole source the work to Zodiac-Poettker HBZ Joint Venture. Zodiac-Poettker HBZ Joint Venture is the existing contractor for the construction of the JOMPC facility *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
