Edge Software Support

The contractor shall provide support services to NETCOM for software maintenance, consulting, compliance, and training related to the NETCOM Edge platform as deployed to NIPR and SIPR instances of the Army Endpoint Security System (AESS 2.0). Tasks will include periodic software updates, model development and toolset consulting, Authorization to Operate (ATO) maintenance, ongoing education and hands-on training workshops, restructuring to reduce dependencies and deployment support in the form of an ML/Ops services facility for model deployment.
