Notice of Intent - Sole Source Albeni Falls Dam Sheriff Patrol Services

1. Introduction The USACE Seattle District intends to award a sole source contract to the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO).

2. Description of Services This contract is for daily law enforcement of civil and criminal laws of the State and County, including investigations of and to enforcement of State boating laws in and immediately adjacent to project lands and recreation facilities within Bonner County, Idaho. The NAICS code is 561612.

3. Authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. 42 U.S.C. § 1962d-5d (2005) - Law Enforcement Services at Corps Water Resources Development Projects 10 U.S.C. § 2465 - Civil Works Projects and Facilities 4. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

The Government will consider responses received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on 30th December 2025. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to brantley.w.dowell@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
