Incubator shaker and power source

Any proposals that do not meet the technical requirements or are not fully completed will not be considered. To submit a proposal for this solicitation please do the following:

1. fill out the bottom section of page 1 and pricing on page 2 of this document, return to amurphy@anl.gov.

2. provide a quotation for the equipment requested.

3. review and send acceptance of the ANL-71COM terms and conditions.

4. Please confirm the country of origin for the quoted material. Technical requirements: 1.Automation friendly 96 well Microplate deep-well plate incubator shaker 2. Ability to integrate with other automation friendly instruments like plate readers, robotic arm etc. Please return all requested documents to Ailish Murphy by email at amurphy@anl.gov by 10:00 on 09/30/2024.

Can this equipment be procured through resellers? *Country of Origin should be consistent with the definition stated in FAR 52.225-I for Buy American-Supplies, in which "the cost of its components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States exceeds 60 percent of the cost of all its components, except that the percentage will be 65 percent for items delivered in calendar years 2024 through 2028 and 75 percent for items delivered starting in calendar year 2029. Components of foreign origin of the same class or kind as those that the agency determines are not mined, produced, or manufactured in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of a satisfactory quality are treated as domestic.
