Intent to Sole Source Allen Bradley Power Flex Drive

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to McNaughton-McKay, 1000 Newman Rd, New Bern, NC 28562-5244 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available under Restrictive Rights and Exclusive Licensing Agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This requirement is the purchase of Allen Bradly Power Flex 750 AC Drives and components that are critical parts of the Camp Lejeune Wastewater Utilities.

These drives have been specified and approved by the Facilities Related Control System team for operation in the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system as meeting the USMC Cybersecurity requirements for utility systems connected to the network. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
