411th CSB RCO Kunsan transition to using PIEE Solicitation Module

The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), RCO Kunsan is transitioning to the use of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, as the exclusive tool for electronic processing of bid/offer/proposal submissions. Please see attached special notice for details. To prepare for this upcoming transition, vendors must register for PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil/. After registering in PIEE as a vendor, there is specific training on how to obtain the proposal manager role and use the PIEE Solicitation Module to submit proposals at https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/index.xhtml.
