Notice of Intent - Sole Source - ISP TAIL CIRCUIT

The US Consulate General Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Telefenos de Mexico, SAB for a ten-month period of performance for the aquisition of a a 30 Mbps Data Circuit, landline services and a commercial 100MB internet service. The service needs to comply with the Department of State/Information Resource Management Office technical specifications. In addition, the US Consulate General in Merida. The Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to sole source this requirement. See attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source document for full detail.
