THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

The Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md, intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) “Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”, to Utah Scientific Inc., to serve as the supplier for extended warranty for commercial off-the-shelf Utah Scientific brand name XL (1056) series 2 router and associated equipment.

These services will be provided to the Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md. NAICS Code is 334220 and the size standard is 1250 employees. This is a service contract to provide extended warranty for commercial off-the-shelf Utah Scientific brand name XL (1056) series 2 router and associated equipment.
