Intent to Sole Source - West Point VxRail Maintenance and Support Services

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Dell Federal Systems, L.P Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Dell Federal Systems, L.P .

1 Dell WAY Round Rock, Texas 78682-7000, United States This is a new requirement for maintenance and support services for the DELL VxRail system for the Department of Systems Engineering at West Point U.S Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 06/24/2024 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
