Award Notification

The American Embassy – La Paz has completed its analysis of the proposal(s) submitted in response to the subject solicitation. Following Section L of the solicitation, FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors--Competitive Acquisition, or 52.212-1 for commercial items, the Government awarded this contract without discussions with offerors. A Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract was awarded to BISA SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS S.A. (BISA) for a total price for the basic period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025 is $1,085,494.00 The total contract price, including the base and four option periods is $5,706,025.00.
