The award was made pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented under FAR Part 12. In accordance with FAR 6.305, the approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is available for public inspection.
