Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source purchase order for subscription to Leadership Connect

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Leadership Connect, Inc. for subscription to an online directory of contact and biographical information, organizational structure and hierarchy, of U.S. Government, corporate, legal, media and nonprofit organizations. The contracting officer has determined that Leadership Connect, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

The directory provided though Leadership Connect contains unique information which is produced under copyright, and therefore; not available from any other source. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Leadership Connect, Inc. on or about May 20, 2025. The period of performance of the purchase order is anticipated to be for one (1) Base Period of 12-months and four (4) Option Periods of 12-months each. The total award value will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
