This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for the purchase of Enterprise License for Live and On-Demand Legal, Reguatory, and Compliance conferences and training courses, for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarter (HQ) Office, Washington, D.C. and ten (10) SEC Regional Offices, in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, " and procedures in Subpart 13.1, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures, " with additional information included in this notice, RFQ Enclosure 0 (Combined Synopsis /Solicitation Instructions), and the Statement of Work (RFQ Enclosure 1).
