Notification of the SEC’s intent to award a sole source modification for international public records subscription

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to issue a fixed-price modification on a sole source basis to Sayari Analytics, LLC for an additional license to an international public records subscription. Sayari Analytics, LLC is the only known source that has a subscription product that meets all of the specifications required by the SEC, including customizable visualizations of data and ability to provide public records such as driver’s license and court judgements.

The additional license will be added to the existing contract for Option Periods I through IV. The total estimated value of the contract including the modification will remain below the dollar threshold in FAR 13.5 for the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The SEC anticipates awarding the modification to Sayari Analytics, LLC on or about January 10, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.

However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
