Design, Build and Install Media Press Room

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Division of Communication and Liaison (C&L), Visual Education & Communications (VEC TV Studio) Branch also known as the TV Studio has a need for consultation, design, build and install the Visual Education & Communications Media Press Room and a news and interview broadcast quality set for audio and video production as described in the following Request for Quote (RFQ) 5000198339-5000198504.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order (TO) under the successful Offeror’s GSA Office Management-Media Products Schedule in accordance with GSA’s Ordering Procedures for Services (Requiring a Statement of Work) under FAR 8.405-2. The TO will be 60 days from signature date of award. This requirement will be evaluated for technical acceptability in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and an award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable Offeror.

This is a Small Business set-aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 332311, Prefabricated Metal Buildings and Component Manufacturing.

Quotes are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Thursday, September 19, 2024, and must follow these instructions: Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.

In addition to the quotes for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to offerors, must be completed and included with your quote.
