Notice of Intent to Issue an Award under a GSA Schedule Date 9/11/2024 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order for the acquisition 63 storage cases for IRS Criminal Investigations. The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain sixty-three (63) Pelican storage cases or similar that are black in color, 31- 7/25" X 24- 21/100" X 17- 12/25", have wheels and foam. The storage cases must be watertight, crushproof and dustproof; and must be able to transport the cases with hinged external handles. The price must also include shipping. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the product above are invited to submit a response to this notice in the GSA RFQ no later than 3:00PM Friday, September 13, 2024. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

This is for a SBA Certified Woman Owned Small Business holding a GSA Schedule, all other businesses need not apply. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 326199. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. Contractors are required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
