Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Date 9/12/2024 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the acquisition parking spaces and parking services for IRS Criminal Investigations vehicles. The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1. The vendor shall provide 4 (four) parking spaces in a secured, covered parking facility that provides 24-hour security.

The vendor shall also provide in/out services that restricts access to only authorized card or ID holders in order to safeguard IRS Criminal Investigation vehicles from public access. The vendor must provide the parking spaces and services requested no further than 0.2 Miles from the following address: 17 South Park Row Erie, Pennsylvania 16501 This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to louis.c.browniii@irs.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST September 17, 2024. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.
