Certified Fraud Examiner Certification and Training

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Award The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Inc. for the acquisition of Certified Fraud Examiner Certification and Training. The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1. The vendor must be able to provide law enforcement focused training that leads to Certified Fraud Examiner certification.

Along with instructor training courses required to successfully become a Certified Fraud Examiner, The vendor must be able to provide Certified Fraud Examiner manual, Exam application, and course review workbook and Slidebook. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to louis.c.browniii@irs.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST September 24, 2024. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611430.
