U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE RENEWAL OPTION in TOLEDO, OH The U.S. Government currently occupies 11,266 ABOA / 11,707 RSF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Columbus, OH that will expire on 6/30/26. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5-year, 3-year firm term with the incumbent Lessror.
The Government has a continuing need for this space for mission-related and economic reasons and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous.
In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
