Janitorial Services at American Consular Zurich

The U.S. Government is seeking to award a fixed price contract for janitorial services at the American Consular in Zurich. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government.

Scope of Work: The Contractor will be responsible for performing weekly janitorial services across all designated spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. Contractor shall be licensed to perform the required work in Bern, Switzerland.

Contract Duration: The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year period, with the possibility of four additional one-year options. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, September 23, at 09:30 am (local time) at the U.S. Consular Agency Zurich. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact berngsocontracting@state.gov by Thursday, September 19, 16:00 pm for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by Wednesday, October 9, at 17:00 pm. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
