NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron, U. S. Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph is formally announcing the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract (on a sole source basis) to L3Harris Technologies Inc., 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY USA 14610. Requirement is to provide an AN/PRC-163 Radio System for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Emergency Services. The Contracting Office has determined that a sole source acquisition in the Government’s best interest.

Department of the Air Force intends to solicit and award to one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).
