Remote Support Solution, On-Premise

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), on behalf of End User Digital Services within the Information Technology Division, is seeking information from industry on software solutions that meet the functional, technical, security, and operational requirements for a self-hosted, enterprise On-Premises Remote Support Solution capable of supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) enterprise environment. The scope includes the delivery of enterprise-class remote assistance capabilities for 400 concurrent authorized support personnel to securely access, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting IRS-managed systems.

 A draft Statement of Work (SOW) has been attached for your reference. The Government seeks feedback from industry to determine technical solutions that will meet the salient characteristics outlined in the draft. The Government requests that all interested parties submit the information outlined below:

1. Contractor Name

5. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)

6. Brief description of the company's business size (i.e., annual gross revenue for the prior three (3) years) to include all Small Business information and any Government Wide Vehicles of which the Contractor is an awardee.

7. Based on the provided information, would your company submit a quote if this requirement was solicited?

Page limit and formatting requirements: The company's standard format is acceptable; however, the limit for all responses shall be five (5), 11 font size, 8 ½ x 11-inch page .It is requested that all responses submitted are clear, concise, and provide accurate detail to provide that the Contractor is both capable and interested in performing the requirement.
