The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Western Healthcare Operations Contracting Division (WHO-CD), Echo Branch intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract Purchase Order (PO) contract with a base year and one (1) option year for cost-per-test reagents chemistry analyzer utilized by Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) Sole Source acquisitions and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs, to:

The objective of this sole source award is to establish a one (1) year PO with one option period contract for cost-per-test reagents supply delivery to provide testing with an inclusion of a lease of two (2) GEL technology analyzers, two (2) compatible tables, two (2) compatible anchor kits, and maintenance support at NMCSD, Laboratory Department.
