Brand Name Notice of Intent 36 CS Spectrum Analyzer

The 36th Contracting Office, Andersen AFB Guam, intends to award a brand-name, Firm-Fixed Price contract to the brand Rohde & Schwarz for a Spectrum Analyzer. To ensure the 36th Communication Squadron's operational readiness and mission success, extensive market research was conducted to identify equipment that meets the highly specific and non-negotiable technical requirements. This thorough research revealed that only Rohde & Schwarz equipment possesses the precise frequency ranges, required power output, and other mandatory performance characteristics vital for the reliability and accuracy of our communication systems.

This Notice of Intent is being posted on 23 July 2025 by 11:30 AM Chamorro Standard Time (CHST) to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen AFB and shall be submitted to A1C Keegan Tunnicliff, email at keegan.tunnicliff@us.af.mil and to Mr. Lee Michael Rosario, email at lee_michael.rosario@us.af.mil. If no offers, comments, or objections are received by the above date, a brand-name solicitation will be issued under the brand Rohde & Schwarz under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
