DCSC-25-RFP-015 HCMC Courthouse Mechanical Room 1000 heating upgrades

The District of Columbia Courts (hereafter referred to as the “Courts”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services as specified in this solicitation for the HCMC Heating Upgrades located at the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse, at 500 Indiana Avenue, NW.

The project scope associated with this task order involves the conversion of the existing GSA provided steamed water system to a new on-site gas boiler supplied heating system. located in extension to the HCMC Mechanical Room 1000. The scope of work includes phased and optioned construction of the following equipment: Extension of Mechncal Room(s), Shaft Installation (Parking Level up to the Roof), Exhaust Fans, Heating Pump(s), Boilers, and associated Piping and Controls.
